a. Cancellations
 

  • Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund of any deposits or prepayments, if applicable.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend (no-show) may result in forfeiture of any deposits or prepayments. Refunds for late cancellations or no-shows are at the discretion of The Usual Lash.

b. Service Dissatisfaction
 

  • Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We may offer a complimentary touch-up or correction service, at our discretion, to address the issue.

  • Refunds for Services: Refunds for services are generally not provided due to the personalized nature of lash treatments. However, in exceptional cases (e.g., significant service errors), we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.

     

c. Health or Allergic Reactions
 

  • If you experience a health issue or allergic reaction related to a service, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and may offer a refund or alternative resolution, subject to verification and consultation with our staff.

     

2. Refunds for Physical Products
 

Physical products, such as lash care products or merchandise, may be purchased online through the Website or in-store.

 

a. Online Purchases
 

  • Return Window: Products purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us to request a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was sent in error. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as final sale, used or opened products, or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

     

b. In-Store Purchases

  • Return Window: Products purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Process: Return the product to our salon in Darien, CT, during business hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

     

c. Defective or Damaged Products
 

  • If a product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at our discretion.

     

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Deposits or prepayments for services canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Products marked as final sale.

  • Shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
